Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new potential customers for financing products in the Pangkal Pinang area.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and credit analysis to ensure the quality of prospective debtors.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer retention.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management consistently.
- Prepare accurate credit application documents and monitor the application process through to approval.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to clients regarding their financing needs.
- Regularly report marketing activities and market intelligence to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficient in navigating the local market in Pangkal Pinang.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Highly target-oriented, disciplined, and resilient in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office suite.
