Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new credit customers to expand the client base for BRI Finance.
- Analyze prospective customer profiles to ensure creditworthiness and compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the branch management team.
- Conduct regular field visits to promote financial products and process applications.
- Prepare accurate and timely marketing activity reports for management review.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and approval process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient in handling field-based tasks.
- Strong analytical mindset for assessing credit risk and customer needs.
- Residents of Bandar Lampung or surrounding areas are highly encouraged to apply.
