Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential customers for credit products.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding financing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end credit application process, from initial inquiry to final approval.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and credit analysis to ensure high-quality leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently while maintaining service standards.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities and market trends to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from any major.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in the field and possess a motorcycle with a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office or basic digital sales tools.
- Resilient personality with a strong commitment to achieving personal and team goals.
