Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve monthly credit product sales targets.
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential clients within the Palembang area.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing BRI customers.
- Perform thorough credit analysis and pre-screening of loan applicants to ensure quality portfolios.
- Manage the end-to-end credit application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursement.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and market insights for management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures regarding credit risk.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proficient in using mobile technology and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Willing to work in the field and possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
- Residing in or willing to be placed in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
