Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for BRI credit products in Sukoharjo region
- Acquire new customers through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Analyze credit applications and ensure compliance with bank policies
- Prepare sales reports and track marketing campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with credit team to optimize product offerings and customer experience
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct product knowledge training for staff and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in banking/financial services marketing
- Strong understanding of credit products and banking regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in competitive markets
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and willingness to relocate to Sukoharjo
