Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential credit clients in the Jombang area.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client financial profiles to ensure creditworthiness.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding credit products and services.
- Manage the entire end-to-end loan application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and service excellence.
- Prepare regular activity reports and market analysis for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in the field and engage with the local community in Jombang.
- Basic knowledge of financial/credit products is a significant advantage.
