Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the automotive finance industry? Mandiri Andalan Utama is currently seeking a results-driven Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to represent BRI Finance in Sumedang, Jawa Barat.
In this role, you will be the face of our financing solutions, helping clients turn their dreams of vehicle ownership into reality. You will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing relationships with potential debtors, focusing on new car, used car, and multipurpose financing programs. If you possess strong negotiation skills, a high level of integrity, and a hunger for success, we want you on our team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively market and promote BRI Finance automotive financing products (new cars, used cars, and multiguna).
- Identify and approach potential debtors through various channels, including direct field sales and community networking.
- Conduct thorough initial screening and document verification for prospective loan applicants.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with dealers, partners, and individual clients.
- Prepare and submit detailed credit applications and sales reports to management regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the financing application process to ensure high conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets set by the branch management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in automotive sales or financial marketing is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Sumedang market and surrounding areas.
- Able to work under pressure and meet challenging performance targets.
