Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new credit clients.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and analyze client creditworthiness to ensure portfolio quality.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently as assigned by the branch management.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and ensure all documentation meets company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Monitor and manage accounts to ensure timely collection and minimize non-performing loans.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in finance, sales, or banking is a plus.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong integrity and discipline in managing administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with the Situbondo area and local market trends is preferred.
