Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers to offer credit and auction-related financial services.
- Conduct field surveys and document verification for credit applications in the Gresik area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer retention.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management on a monthly basis.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports regarding sales activities and market conditions.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding credit products and the auction process.
- Ensure that all credit applications comply with company policies and risk management guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in credit marketing, loan sales, or a similar field is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ,
- Strong motivation to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Knowledge of the local Gresik market is a distinct advantage.
