Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or Sharia Economics
- Minimum 2 years' experience in credit marketing or Islamic banking
- Deep understanding of Hajj pilgrimage processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Experience in Kalimantan market preferred
