As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will be the face of our financial products, building lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through our specialized Hajj financial packages. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in sales, field marketing, and customer acquisition who is passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new customers for Hajj financing, savings, and registration products.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations for potential clients regarding financial products.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business leads in the Jakarta area.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity logs for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth application and documentation process for all clients.
- Represent the company professionally at various community events and outreach programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
- Deep understanding of Islamic financial products and Hajj registration processes is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Jakarta area.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
