Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive credit sales for Hajj and Umrah packages.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, brokers, and industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence in Jakarta Pusat.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Present credit terms and product benefits to potential clients, ensuring clear understanding.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless credit approval and processing.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, specifically within the Hajj, Umrah, or Travel industry.
- Strong existing network of relationships with travel agencies and Hajj operators.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of credit agreements and financial terms.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
