Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for Hajj and Umrah travel packages
- Leverage existing industry networks to acquire high-value clients in the pilgrimage sector
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, religious organizations, and community leaders
- Prepare customized sales proposals and financial packages for prospective pilgrims
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client journey from inquiry to booking
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in Hajj/Umrah travel industry
- Strong network of contacts within Indonesian pilgrimage sector (agents, communities, institutions)
- Expertise in Islamic travel regulations and pilgrimage logistics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
