Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute credit-based Hajj/Umrah marketing campaigns
- Cultivate relationships with travel agents and religious community networks
- Conduct market research to identify new pilgrimage opportunities
- Prepare customized sales proposals for potential clients
- Collaborate with finance teams to structure flexible payment plans
- Track sales performance and prepare monthly reports
- Train clients on credit application processes and benefits
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in sales/marketing within Hajj/Umrah industry
- Strong network of contacts in religious travel sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills
- Knowledge of Sharia-compliant financial products
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration
