- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and territory mapping in Semarang to identify high-potential debtor segments
- Source and develop qualified leads for Hajj financing packages and gold installment products
- Present product features, benefits, and Sharia compliance aspects to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and needs assessment
- Collaborate with credit assessment teams to ensure smooth application processing
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies for target demographics
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly activity reports
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and regulatory changes in Islamic finance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or credit acquisition
- Proven track record in financial product sales or Islamic finance preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits across Semarang
