Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer credit marketing services in the Klaten area.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding our financial products.
- Manage the end-to-end credit application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on credit approvals and disbursements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or credit-related fields is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a motorcycle.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to work effectively in the field and adapt to dynamic working environments.
- Familiarity with the Klaten area and its business demographics is an advantage.
