Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for cash loan products with BPKB collateral
- Recruit, train, and manage new agents to expand sales network
- Identify and engage potential clients through direct marketing and outreach
- Monitor market trends to optimize product offerings and sales approaches
- Track sales performance against KPIs and monthly targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure compliance and risk management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in marketing or credit sales role
- Experience with BPKB-secured loan products preferred
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for client visits)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
