Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers and potential customers in the Makassar area.
- Conduct thorough credit checks and risk analysis on prospective applicants to ensure portfolio quality.
- Provide comprehensive financial solutions and product information to clients regarding new motorcycle financing.
- Prepare and process financing documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Provide recommendations for credit approval based on thorough verification and field surveys.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the local market.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in marketing, credit analysis, or automotive finance is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to be placed in Makassar.
