Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers for Sharia-compliant financing, savings, and Hajj registration products
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies in Bandung's 1 Regol area
- Conduct product presentations highlighting Sharia banking principles and competitive advantages
- Maintain accurate customer databases and track acquisition metrics
- Collaborate with credit teams to ensure seamless application processing
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine acquisition approaches
- Comply with Sharia banking regulations and ethical sales practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition roles
- Experience in banking/financial services strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive abilities
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement records
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools
- Understanding of Islamic finance principles is advantageous
- Willingness to travel within assigned Bandung territory
