Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new clients for Islamic gold financing products through targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and emerging trends in Sharia banking
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase product awareness and market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with credit teams to ensure smooth application processing and compliance
- Stay updated on Sharia banking regulations and product innovations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or Islamic banking environment
- Strong understanding of Sharia banking principles and gold financing products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Familiarity with Yogyakarta market dynamics preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license (SIM C) for client visits
