Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new credit clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to maintain strong business relations.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities in the Pontianak area.
- Manage the entire credit application process, from initial inquiry to final documentation and verification.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Provide expert financial consultation to clients regarding our credit products and loan terms.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any major.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or credit/financing roles is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and own a personal vehicle for fieldwork.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in local languages and dialects in the Pontianak area is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team.
