Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement targeted credit marketing campaigns for retail and SME segments
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new credit opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and referral partners
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and ensure compliance with lending policies
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with credit analysts to streamline application processes
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in credit marketing or sales
- Strong understanding of credit products and banking regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and achieve KPIs
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (for field visits)
