Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential credit applicants within the Sleman area.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding credit products to prospective clients.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and provide accurate assessments to the underwriting team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to application submission and approval.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and sustain strong relationships with local business partners and referral networks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive credit offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in sales or marketing is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and own personal vehicle.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented work ethic.
- Familiarity with the Sleman and DI Yogyakarta area market dynamics.
