The ideal candidate will have experience in the multi-finance or banking industry, with a preference for those familiar with heavy equipment or general leasing marketing. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financial products, with focus on heavy equipment leasing and general financing options
- Analyze and evaluate credit applications to determine risk and make informed lending decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and business partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and documentation for loan approvals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in multi-finance company or banking industry
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending practices
- Experience in marketing financial products, especially heavy equipment leasing is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in financial analysis tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
