In this role, you will be the driving force behind our Sharia-compliant financing solutions, helping clients achieve their personal and business goals through ethical financial practices.
As a Credit Marketing Sharia representative, you will engage with potential consumers seeking financing for both consumptive needs and productive business capital. You will represent the BFI Finance brand with integrity, providing expert guidance on financing products secured by BPKB, ensuring that all processes adhere to Sharia principles and high-quality service standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new customers for Sharia-compliant financing products.
- Consult with prospective clients to determine the best financing solution for their consumptive or business capital needs.
- Manage the end-to-end application process, from initial inquiry to document verification and submission.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Conduct field surveys and market research to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to ensure applications meet company risk policies and Sharia guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or credit roles within the finance industry (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Deep interest and understanding of Sharia financing principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in the field and possess your own vehicle with a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Target-oriented, resilient, and capable of working under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the Surabaya/Malang market landscape is highly preferred.
