Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Sharia-compliant car financing products to potential clients.
- Identify and acquire new customers through networking, referrals, community events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and sales demonstrations to explain the benefits of MyCars financing.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit marketing, sales, or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Sharia finance principles, regulations, and product structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
