Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate credit applications by conducting comprehensive financial analysis and verifying client data.
- Perform site visits and interviews to assess the viability and repayment capacity of loan applicants.
- Prepare detailed credit proposal reports for management review and approval.
- Monitor the performance of existing credit accounts and identify potential risks early.
- Ensure all credit documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements (BNM guidelines).
- Assist in the collection and recovery process for non-performing or delinquent accounts.
- Provide advisory support to clients regarding loan products and financial structures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis, loan processing, or corporate banking.
- Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity and sound professional judgment regarding risk assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data modeling and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the Johor Bahru region.
