Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end credit risk assessment for branch applications
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and financial regulations
- Lead team performance to achieve key operational targets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of credit risk management experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations
- Proven team leadership and coaching abilities
- Advanced proficiency in credit analysis tools
- Certification in risk management (FRM/CERA) preferred
- Experience in distribution or retail sector beneficial
