Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor credit and sales accounting team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Manage credit approval processes, assess customer creditworthiness, and establish credit limits
- Oversee accounts receivable collections, aging analysis, and bad debt management
- Coordinate with sales teams to reconcile sales data, process invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare monthly credit reports, sales summaries, and financial statements for management review
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Lead month-end closing processes for credit and sales accounting functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and sales accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and credit management best practices
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Proven leadership experience in team development and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration across departments
