Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end credit and sales administration for property development projects
- Manage billing cycles, collections processes, and credit risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams for seamless transaction processing
- Prepare financial reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders
- Lead and mentor credit administration teams
- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue receivables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in credit/sales administration, preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing billing cycles and collections processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
