Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace to uphold hygiene standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a bar or retail setting is a plus but not mandatory.
