Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients, greeting them warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Explain Home Credit products, interest rates, and application procedures clearly to prospective customers.
- Assist customers in filling out loan application forms and collecting necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with retail partners to promote and sell financing options for their products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transaction data.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding eligibility, account status, and repayment schedules professionally.
- Ensure the outlet area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems or data entry tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- Valid KTP (National ID Card) and willing to undergo a background check.
