Tanggung Jawab
- Present and promote Home Credit's financing options to customers in the store
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of Home Credit's financing solutions
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Stay updated on Home Credit's products, promotions, and policies
- Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth integration of Home Credit services
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance data
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of financial products or willingness to learn
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
- Proficient in using mobile devices and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
