Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers in selecting apparel and design options
- Assist with store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and daily store maintenance
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate with the design team to understand product specifications and customer needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Participate in stock receiving, organization, and display setup
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or apparel industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly
