Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end crew recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified seafarers
- Develop and implement crew deployment strategies aligned with voyage schedules and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, and other international maritime labor conventions
- Coordinate crew rotations, contracts, and documentation across vessel fleets
- Conduct crew performance evaluations and implement development programs
- Liaise with ship owners, managers, and regulatory bodies on crew-related matters
- Maintain accurate crew records and databases in compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crew management or maritime recruitment
- Proficiency in Indonesian maritime regulations (PP 38/2017) and international conventions
- Strong knowledge of seafarer qualification standards and certification processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural awareness
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and crew management software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
