Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate crew placement assignments across multiple vessels to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Manage end-to-end administrative processes including crew contracts, certifications, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain compliance with maritime labor regulations and international maritime standards
- Liaise between shipping companies, crew members, and port authorities for smooth operations
- Oversee crew scheduling, rotations, and leave management systems
- Prepare and maintain accurate crew records, voyage reports, and compliance documentation
- Resolve operational conflicts related to crew availability and scheduling constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in crewing operations, maritime administration, or logistics coordination
- Deep understanding of maritime labor laws, IMO regulations, and industry compliance standards
- Proficiency in administrative software and documentation management systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in complex scheduling scenarios
- Strong communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy in time-sensitive environments
