Deskripsi Pekerjaan

SOECHI is looking for a dedicated Crewing Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role you will be responsible for scouting, selecting, and processing suitable crew members for our fleet of Tanker, LPG and LNG vessels. You will work closely with vessel operations, fleet management, and HR to ensure the right talent is placed on the right vessel, meeting all regulatory and safety standards.

You will develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the maritime industry, manage end-to-end hiring processes, maintain a talent pipeline, and ensure compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crew sourcing, a vast network within maritime academies and training centers, and a passion for building high‑performance crews.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for tanker, LPG and LNG crew positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with vessel requirements and safety standards.
  • Manage the full onboarding process, including documentation, visas, and compliance with MLC 2006.
  • Coordinate crew scheduling, deployment, and performance tracking across multiple vessels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with maritime training institutions, academies, and staffing agencies.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with vessel operations and HR teams to forecast staffing needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the shipping or maritime sector.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Indonesian maritime regulations and MLC 2006.
  • Established network with maritime academies and training centers is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience with HRIS or crew management software is a plus.
