- Source, screen, and select qualified seafarers for LNG/tanker vessels through targeted recruitment channels
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and background checks ensuring compliance with STCW and maritime regulations
- Manage entire recruitment lifecycle including documentation processing, visa coordination, and onboarding logistics
- Maintain accurate crew databases and personnel records for regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with vessel superintendents to align crew requirements with operational needs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition
- Ensure adherence to international maritime labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with tanker/LNG vessel specialization
- Proven knowledge of STCW regulations and maritime industry standards
- Strong network of maritime professionals and seafarer candidates
- Proficiency in recruitment software and HR information systems
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
- Certification in maritime crew management or HR is highly desirable
