Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily crew operations and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Coordinate crew schedules, shifts, and assignments to optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and equipment availability to prevent operational delays and bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Liaise with management to report daily metrics, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all logistical processes comply with local labor laws and industry safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in crew supervision, logistics coordination, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
