In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales funnel, ensuring that our CRM 365 database remains clean, updated, and highly effective for our sales teams.
You will be responsible for verifying incoming leads, qualifying prospective customers, and maintaining high data integrity within our CRM ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify, validate, and enrich customer lead data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Execute outbound calls and emails to qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy by correcting incomplete entries and identifying duplicates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to ensure a seamless lead handover process.
- Monitor lead activity and provide regular status reports on conversion metrics.
- Provide prompt support to sales teams regarding CRM-related inquiries and lead information.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and compliance guidelines during all customer interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM administration, telesales, or lead qualification roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) and working proficiency in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily lead qualification targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
