Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop strategies to improve retention rates.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and optimize loyalty programs that drive repeat purchases.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders.
- Optimize the CRM database to ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing on marketing materials and sales funnels to improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a CRM Analyst role within the Retail or Duty-Free sector.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and SQL is a significant plus.
