In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our customer lifecycle journey, responsible for designing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies that drive repeat purchases, foster deep customer loyalty, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer retention and increase repeat purchase rates.
- Design, build, and optimize automated marketing workflows across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
- Perform deep-dive analysis into customer behavior to identify trends, churn risks, and high-value customer segments.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including A/B testing content, creative assets, and delivery timing.
- Collaborate closely with product and data science teams to implement personalization engines and predictive modeling.
- Monitor and report on key CRM performance metrics (Retention Rate, CLV, Churn, ROI) to stakeholders.
- Execute loyalty program initiatives that incentivize long-term brand engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, MoEngage, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategy.
- Deep understanding of SQL or experience working with BI dashboards (Tableau/Looker/PowerBI) is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized marketing copy.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
