In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer retention strategy, transforming raw data into actionable insights and personalized communication journeys.

You will be responsible for managing our CRM ecosystem, designing automated workflows, and orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns that delight our users and drive repeat orders. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical proficiency in CRM platforms and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of the customer database to ensure accurate segmentation.
  • Design, execute, and monitor automated CRM campaigns (Email, Push Notifications, SMS, In-App).
  • Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle stages to develop targeted retention strategies.
  • Oversee lead management processes to maximize conversion from prospect to active user.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaign content and delivery timing to optimize performance metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Conversion).
  • Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to align CRM activities with overarching business goals.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM operations, email marketing, or digital marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or MoEngage).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of SQL is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging copy for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.
