Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system accurately and up-to-date.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve customer retention strategies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and update reports regarding customer feedback and service performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing or Communication.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus.
