Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Analyze customer behavior and segment data to personalize marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handovers and follow-ups.
- Track customer feedback and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
- Implement and monitor customer loyalty programs to increase retention rates.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support the execution of email marketing and communication strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer relationship management or marketing support role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with data entry and basic data analysis is a plus.
