Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the store.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of store associates to ensure high retention and engagement.
- Drive sales targets and exceed monthly performance goals through effective leadership and strategy.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving complex inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Manage inventory levels, stock transfers, and visual merchandising standards to maximize product visibility.
- Conduct regular staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Deep understanding of visual merchandising and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Passion for the Crocs brand and a keen eye for current fashion trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
