This role requires you to build and manage robust affiliate networks on Shopee and TikTok platforms, analyzing campaign performance to optimize sales conversions. You will establish strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring their satisfaction and motivation while driving rapid sales expansion. Position involves proactive problem-solving, performance tracking, and collaboration with marketing teams to develop innovative affiliate strategies. - Build and manage affiliate networks for Shopee and TikTok platforms

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce
- Deep understanding of Shopee and TikTok ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing and affiliate strategies
- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred
