Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team to achieve project goals.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from concept to commissioning.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and clients, to define project scope and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Officer or equivalent CSA certification).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
