- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for data center infrastructure developments
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across complex construction phases
- Implement robust cost control systems and commercial management frameworks
- Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities for specialized data center equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
- Monitor project performance through KPI tracking and reporting systems
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve project escalations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in data center or large-scale construction
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent industry qualification
- Proven expertise in cost management, asset management, and commercial controls
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure requirements and industry standards
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
