As a CSR Associate in our Chat & Email Support team, your primary focus will be on delivering personalized and efficient solutions entirely through written channels. You will be the voice of our clients through text, handling inquiries related to products, services, billing, and general support. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to excel, from mastering our CRM systems to understanding specific client policies and procedures. This non-voice role allows you to focus on quality interactions without the high volume of phone calls.

- Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat and email channels.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain composure and professionalism when handling challenging situations.
- Accurately log, track, and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve department goals and service levels.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on company policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Above average typing speed (at least 35-40 WPM).
- Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous BPO, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Makati City.
